"We spent a month in Italy this April and ate at many restaurants. Balsamico E Cucina in the Modena Mercato was the BEST. We judged all other restaurants by the flavors of their food! If you are in Modena, make this a stop. We enjoyed the lasagna and the ravioli."

"On our day trip to Modena we visited the Food Market. The friendly treatment we got by the owner made us feel very welcome. All the staff were very nice. We had the best caprese salad with burrata ever, super tasty! We also had lovely parmesan cheese with balsamic vinaigrette. With all this we drank a beautiful sparkling wine. As a dessert we had a local specialty: icecream with balsamic vinaigrette, that was beautiful! We highly recommend this place to everyone who will visit the market!"

"Balsamico et Cucina is the best sit down place in the market for food. We had a cutting board and some Lambrusco and it was the best cutting board and the best tigelle we had on our Italy trip. The different types of Balsamic are delicious. Our waitress was also so nice and gave us fans because we were so hot. I would definitely come back for more"
